Nasal spray, 30 mL
Indication
Relief of nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and head pressure due to allergic rhinitis, acute rhinitis, or sinusitis
Active Ingredients (per 100 mL)
Naphazoline hydrochloride 50 mg
Chlorpheniramine maleate 500 mg
Benzalkonium chloride 10 mg
Inactive Ingredients
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, citric acid, sodium chloride, fragrance (containing phenylethyl alcohol, benzyl alcohol, polysorbate 20)
Instructions for Use
- βSpray into each nostril. Allow at least 3 hours between uses. Do not exceed 6 uses per day.
- βBlow your nose before use to clear the nasal passages. Before first use, press the pump several times until liquid comes out. Hold the bottle upright β do not spray sideways. Insert the nozzle gently into one nostril and spray while breathing in slowly. After use, wipe the nozzle with tissue and replace the cap.
- βFor nasal use only.

- βChildren (7β14 years) should use only under adult supervision. Overuse may worsen nasal congestion.
- βDo not use for extended periods.

- (1) Are currently under the care of a physician.
- (2) Are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.
- (3) Have ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine or other product.
- (4) Have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disorder, or glaucoma.
- βStop use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson β bringing this package with you β if any of the following side effects appear:
- Skin: Rash, redness, or itching
- Nose: Swelling or irritation
- βStop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson if symptoms do not improve after about 3 days.
