Indication
Relief of pain, bleeding, swelling, and itching from hemorrhoids
Active Ingredients (per 1 applicator (2 g))
Prednisolone acetate 1 mg
Lidocaine 60 mg
Allantoin 20 mg
Tocopherol acetate 50 mg
Inactive Ingredients
Liquid paraffin, glyceryl monostearate, condensed polyglyceryl ricinoleate, white petrolatum
Instructions for Use
- βTwo application methods are available:
- β(1) Injection β Remove the cap and push a small amount of ointment from the nozzle tip. Insert the nozzle into the anus, press the body to inject the full contents slowly, then pull out while still pressing.
- β(2) Topical β Remove the cap and apply the ointment directly to the affected area.
- βDo not use an applicator for injection if it has previously been used for topical application.
- βFor use in the anus only. Do not flush used applicators down the toilet.

- βDo not use this product if you:
- (1) Have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients.
- (2) Have a pus-forming infection at the affected area.
- βDo not use this product for extended periods.
- βSeek immediate medical attention if the following serious symptom appears:
- β’ Shock (anaphylaxis): Skin itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, or clouding of consciousness immediately after use.
- β Consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before use if you:
- (1) Are under the care of a physician.
- (2) Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
- (3) Have ever had an allergic reaction to a medicine.
- βStop use immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson β bringing this package insert with you β if any of the following symptoms appear after using this product, as they may be side effects:
- Skin: Rash, redness, itching, or swelling
- Other: Irritation or worsening infection
- βStop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson β bringing this package insert with you β if symptoms do not improve after 10 days.
